Westport Town Farm offers an easy, 1 mile hike through acres of former farmland by the east branch of the Westport River. Right off of Drift Road, Westport Town Farm is very easy to find.

Westport’s Beautiful Island Hike
Where in Southcoast Massachusetts can you go on an island hike without having to hop on a ferry? In the southernmost point of Westport, MA, you’ll find such a place. Gooseberry Island is a small, 73 acre island that’s connected to the mainland via a causeway.
Sandwich’s World War II Remains
During World War II, the military took advantage of Sagamore Hill’s height and location to build an installation that would be charged with protecting the northern end of the Cape Cod Canal. These remains of the 241st Coast Artillery are easily accessible to visitors of the Scusset Beach State Reservation.
Nobska Lighthouse, Falmouth, MA
The current Nobksa Light, located in Falmouth’s village of Woods Hole, has been standing guard over the waterways south of Cape Cod since 1876.
